Partner Terms

1. Overview

These Partner Terms ("Terms") govern your participation in the Parka AI Small Business Partner Program ("Program"). By registering as a partner, you agree to these Terms.

2. License to Display Your Content

By joining the Program, you grant Parka AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Display your product images, names, descriptions, and pricing information on the Parka AI platform
• Include your products in AI-generated search results and recommendations
• Use your store name and logo in connection with promoting your products
• Cache and process your product data to improve search relevance

This license is limited to the purpose of promoting and driving traffic to your products. We will not use your content for unrelated purposes or resell your product data to third parties.

3. Your Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information in your sitemap
• Ensure you have the rights to all content (images, descriptions) you provide
• Keep the required Parka backlink visible on your website
• Respond to any issues we notify you about within a reasonable timeframe
• Comply with all applicable laws regarding your products and business

4. Backlink Requirement

Your participation in the Program requires maintaining a visible link to Parka AI on your website. We verify this link periodically. If we cannot find your backlink:

• We will notify you via email and provide 48 hours to restore it
• If not restored, your listing will be suspended
• You may re-register at any time by adding a new backlink

5. Product Display

We strive to display your products accurately, but we do not guarantee:

• That your products will appear in any specific search results
• Any minimum level of traffic or sales
• Real-time accuracy of pricing or availability (we refresh daily)

Product ranking in search results is determined by our AI algorithms based on relevance to user queries.

6. No Fees

The Program is currently free to join. We do not charge listing fees, commissions, or referral fees. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but free participation will remain available.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this partnership at any time:

• You may remove your backlink, and your listing will be suspended automatically
• We may remove your listing if you violate these Terms or for any reason with 30 days notice

Upon termination, we will remove your products from our platform within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UPTIME, SEARCH RANKING, TRAFFIC, OR SALES. YOUR PARTICIPATION IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARKA AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the email address you provided. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
